What are your false eyelashes made of?
All of our lashes are made of 100% premium cruelty-free mink fur. We use only the best quality fur which is always sanitized and sterilized and is hypoallergenic and will not harm your natural lashes.

How many times can you reuse a pair of mink false eyelashes?
Our lashes are individually and carefully handcrafted and made to last up to 25 and even 30 uses! Please visit our How To page for instructions on caring for mink lashes.

What makes Flutterfluff Lashes different from other eyelash brands on the market?
• We offer only the highest quality mink lashes in a variety of styles that compliment all eye shapes.
• We use only the highest quality materials in manufacturing each and every set of lashes by hand.
• Our packaging is sleek, portable, and easy to store and reuse.

Is eyelash adhesive/glue included with the lashes?
Eyelash adhesive is not included with our lashes, however, we sell and recommend DUO eyelash adhesive which can be purchased separately on our website.

What are 3D Lux mink lashes?
3D lashes are longer, fuller, more luxurious and very natural looking eyelashes. They are made by placing individual hairs with different curls in various directions. This makes them look more natural than the usual 2D lashes (our classics collection) and harder to distinguish from your own natural lashes. You will notice that our 3D lashes are fluffier and wispier than our classics, this is because hairs with different curls (B,C,D,J...) are combined to create the 3D effect.

How do i remove my mink lashes?
Use your fingers to very gently peel from the outer corner of the lash towards the direction of your tear duct. Your false lashes should come off easily using this method however if you are having difficulty simply dab an oil-free makeup remover onto the lash adhesive and only along your lash line with a cotton swab. After the adhesive has fully softened you can lift starting from the outer corner of the lash band inwards towards your tear duct.

How do i care for my mink lashes?
Mink eyelashes are known for their durability and quality which is why they can be worn up to 25 times. To ensure you get the most out of your Flutterfluff Lashes you will need to keep them safe and clean after every wear. Keep your strip lashes away from heat, harsh chemicals and oil based eye makeup removers. Never sleep with your lashes on. Use an oil-free make-up removing solution only to loosen the glue on the lash band before gently peeling the lashes from your eyelid. Be as gentle when removing the lashes as when you applied them. Never soak your lashes in water or any other liquid. Peel off traces of glue very gently with your fingers only after every wear. Always store your lashes in a lash tray to keep their shape. Mascara will ruin the quality of mink lashes so try to only apply mascara to your natural lashes when needed.

Can i apply mascara onto my mink lashes?
Applying mascara to your mink lashes is not recommended as it will shorten their life and may damage their quality. However, this is optional because mascara does give you a more dramatic effect. If you choose to use mascara on your mink lashes dab a small amount of oil-free makeup remover on a cotton swab to very gently go over each lash and remove the mascara after every use. Do not soak your lashes in water or any makeup remover.

Should i use an applicator, tweezers or my fingers to apply the lashes?
This is up to you and depends on your comfort with using your fingers, an applicator or a tweezer. Use whatever tool allows you to get the lashes as close to the lash line as possible. It might even help to try a combination of tools that give you the best result. Try using an eyelash applicator or tweezers to put the lash in place then using your fingers to secure them in position as illustrated in our How To instructions.
